Masoud Loghman, President and CEO of ZBA, graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology in Civil Engineering and began his career in site designs and field operations since 1985. He has gained the confidence of his clients through his commitment to the quality of customer satisfaction. The aim of his team is to provide the best cost effective performance possible and reduce potential problems resulting in the successful grading and pipeline projects.

Seth T. Bible, Project Manager, brings in over 30 years of on site experience all in the Greater Atlanta and Tennessee areas. His extensive and dedicated work experience and philosophy on the site has been a real asset to the company and the satisfaction of our clients.

The following is a brief comment from the President: "Our company is a full service site, storm drainage, sanitary sewer, and water distribution. Our teams of workers have finished numerous projects in and around Atlanta. The company is boundable and fully insured. It carries works compensation and general liability insurance. We observe and enforce the safety program approved by OSHA. Our foremen and operators are all experienced and licensed professionals."
